Investments helped deliver impressive results in 2015 including a significant reduction in employee turnover, 7% same store sales growth, 40% earnings growth, $40 million FCF, and 160 bps and 200 bps of EBITDA and ROIC improvement, respectively. Strong execution and FCF enabled outstanding debt to be reduced from $96 million to $1 million over a two-year period.Met or exceeded market expectations for 7 out of 8 quarters during 2015 and 2016 and exceeded original earnings guidance during both years, contributing to a significant increase in share price (including over 85% increase in 2015 ranking top among Minnesota public companies) and improved credibility with investors, lenders and other stakeholders.Awarded “CFO of the Year” in 2016 from Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal.
