Kevin was engaged by Sensis to take responsibility for the Scope Change control function with in the Program Management Office (PMO) of the Sensis (Morph) transformation program. After taking on the role and reviewing the existing processes and templates Kevin re-drew the change process and templates used ensuring consistent and accurate data was presented to the leadership team and senior executives to allow speedy, accurate decisions to be made.Once a stable process was in place in the change area Kevin, along with other members of the PMO team, re-structured the reporting process and its outputs to bring them more in line with the Sponsor’s requirements while also ensuring that the reports produced were fact based. During Kevin’s time on the program he worked with the Downstream project management team to give assistance in their project governance and facilitate engagement with the Morph program. As the program moved into the Delivery phase Kevin was heavily involved with the business units in helping to establish business as usual processes (BAU) while also transferring key knowledge into the team tasked with take delivering the change function in the business.

I planned and managed all capital works projects (including scoping, planning, implementation and closure of projects), and continuous improvement projects in the Facilities and Electrical departments. I developed and maintained an effective preventative maintenance programme for both plant machinery and site services, and managed external maintenance contracts, site utilities and support services. I also ensured compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation in the production environment.

I was the Lead Engineer on Lean initiatives in the LOx production area, which included the restructuring of the production area layout, re-engineering of processes and streamlining material flow. I liaised with relevant regulatory authorities to ensure all product and process improvements meet statutory requirements.I provided support to Six Sigma programs established to re-engineer production processes and layouts, and led a project team to develop a product and obtain T.Ü.V. approval prior to market release in the European Union of a regulated medical device.

I worked as a PCB level debug technician responsible for fault analysis and repair. Information from this process was feedback to the contracting business to allow them to establish true cause of failure so that they can install corrective action programmes.
