After taking on the role and reviewing the existing processes and templates Kevin re-drew the change process and templates used ensuring consistent and accurate data was presented to the leadership team and senior executives to allow speedy, accurate decisions to be made.Once a stable process was in place in the change area Kevin, along with other members of the PMO team, re-structured the reporting process and its outputs to bring them more in line with the Sponsor’s requirements while also ensuring that the reports produced were fact based. During Kevin’s time on the program he worked with the Downstream project management team to give assistance in their project governance and facilitate engagement with the Morph program.
