Artists Book House is a new educational nonprofit organization dedicated to the literary and book arts (a field comprised of art forms ranging from papermaking, letterpress printing, typography, calligraphy, and bookbinding to newer methods of artmaking inspired by the form and function of books, like zines, comics, and book sculpture). Founded by author and artist Audrey Niffenegger, ABH is en route to becoming a place for classes, a library, a book shop, and studios; a place to gather, to meet, to share ideas. We will offer non-credit, community education; provide internships and scholarships; and promote the work of local authors and artists. Through education, exhibitions, and events, ABH will help people tell their stories and transform their worlds into books.

Duties include: • Book design, layout and art assistance on From Hell: The Master Edition, by Alan Moore and Eddie Campbell• Coloring and design assistance on the illustrated comics / short story anthology, "Bizarre Romance," by Audrey Niffenegger and Eddie Campbell• Designed and animated a series of short cartoon videos in Adobe Animate based on characters and artwork from "Bizarre Romance," for usage on website and marketing/promotional campaigns• Design and proof-reading assistance on "The Goat Getters: Jack Johnson, the Fight of the Century, and How a Bunch of Raucous Cartoonists Reinvented Comics," by Eddie Campbell • Intaglio printing and hand coloring of prints made from zinc plates produced by the artist• Matting and framing of artwork for exhibition• Design and development for audreyniffenegger.com and eddiecampbelldammit.com • Social Media, and Graphic design support• Creation and maintenance of catalogue raisonée; comprehensive spreadsheets and image files detailing artist's work, from 1985 to the present• Assistance with preparations for retrospective show at National Museum of Women in the Arts• Scanning artwork and formatting images for web and print• Miscellaneous administrative duties including shipping and receiving, ordering or acquisition of art materials, etc.
