As an employee of Bavarian Nordic, I actively work with • The GMP principles for a pharmaceutical company with a large focus on the flow of materials. • Establishing and facilitating communication between different departments and stakeholders. • Utilizing CC’s to allow the implementation of new process within the production faciality.As an MSc in biology, I have firm knowledge of:• The importance of understanding and caring for our natural biodiversity• The importance of considering the needs of industry and the environment in overall development• That you have to speak the language of your audience in order for your message to be understoodThroughout my working carrier I have utilized my communication skills to enable and ensure a smooth workflow between different professions. Both as a teacher and as an employee in Bavarien Nordic have I used this skill to establish working procedures for projects and new workflows. In my work I aim to create an inclusive and interactive work environment. I always strive to improve my skillset, and do not back away from a challenge. On a more personal note, I use my spare time on being the narrator of my own world in a roleplaying environment with I play with my peers.
