With my humble beginnings in Guam and Hawai'i, I have made my home in the San Francisco-Bay Area after graduating from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Cinema and Asian American Studies. While attending San Francisco State University, I spent my time participating in several extra-curricular organizations, volunteering for Filipino Veterans, and being a student-leader via student activities and campus Greek-life. During my junior year of college, I was a Studio Intern for a SF-based media non-profit called BAYCAT (a non profit social enterprise that educates, empowers and employs San Francisco underserved youth in digital media). I created several creative media pieces for national and local level organizations (like the Golden State Warriors, YCore, and SF Asian Community Garden), while also mentoring youth on how to produce digital media of their own for clients (Booker T. Washington Community Center in SF and College Track). After graduating with honors from SF State, I completed a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship at COOP (a non-profit that's seeking to overcome "underemployment" through digital skill-building and peer connections), where I learned and developed skills in programmatic/media buying, Excel, SEO, SEM, and Google Ads. Some of my previous roles have been in the tech industry as a Media Operations Analyst at Meta (via Wipro Ltd.), where I assisted +100 customers daily on their inquiries about Meta’s products — Instagram and Facebook. Following my role at Meta, I was an Account Assistant at Creatorly by Mammoth (a TikTok-partnered marketing agency with a focus on influencer marketing and Direct-to-Retail), where I assisted the Account Management team and managed my own portfolio of +20 clients and brands producing TikTok advertisements. I am currently an Account Manager at Each Day Communications, where I support clients in the education and non-profit sectors with their marketing and communication strategies and initiatives.
