Manage a full range of Technical regulation related guidance to various internal departments of the company, affiliate groups, and project teams. Coordinate and facilitate all interactions between the Company and regulatory authorities (National and International) in order to ensure that the technologies used and the technical aspects of Mobily’s agreements, operations and contracts are in line with the local/ International regulations, policies, and licensing rules of CITC.

-Participates & looping in CITC meeting industry forum, and consultation subjects (such as mobile number portability, carrier selection and QoS) to protect Mobily’s interest and to correct the competition situation.-Studies & proposes the national numbering plan to get CITC approval.-Full coordinate and looping with concerned parties in Mobily’s group to get CITC’s type approval for equipments and end user terminals.

• Direct Involvement in products and services development life cycle.• Analyze and assess the quality of IT services like: Account Activation, SIM SWAP, NUM SWAP, WiMAX, etc.• Provide and look for root cause analysis for known and common errors/bugs.• Communicate and discuss the problems of the IT services to the concerned teams (like Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care) and agree on the proper solution.• Develop, define and implement correction plans to enhance the product and services quality.• Ensure that implemented products and services are as per the expectation of mobily business needs.• Have frequent meetings with business stakeholders to discuss quality issues for mobily products and services.• Implement solutions and fixes to enhance the services and increase product quality and customer experience.• Develop and implement KPIs for the quality of the services and report them to IT management.• Monitor and control products and services quality as per the processes and policies in place.• Provide consultations and knowledge sharing to other team members regarding the quality of mobily products and services.• Full responsibility on the operations of the MNP (Mobile Number Portability) service from IT side.• Manage two teams for Business operations activities in KSA and India

• Interfaces with users and implements user’s requirements for new/existing system.• Converts user’s requirements into systems functional specifications to be programmed, for the junior programmers.• Designs, codes, tests and documents applications programming projects.• Develops User Guides and provides general user’s support and assistance on system support. • Develops and presents reports and briefings as required.• Serves as project team leader as required, ensuring system are developed IAW SANG-IC Standards.• Performs other mission related tasks, as required
