Current- Own Customer Success Onboarding function while reporting directly to VP of Professional Services
- Responsible for a team of 3 People Managers and 20+ Individual Contributors
- Regularly own large scale projects focused on Customer Experience initiatives
- Manage the rollout of Onboarding support for net-new products
- Regularly meet metrics and KPIs focused on retention, CSAT, health, and time-to-value
