Ken has been in the PEOPLE business for many years - recruiting people, coaching people and consulting with organizations on how to hire people.With proven experience in executive search, outplacement, training, coaching, and writing, Ken brings a background of unique depth and breadth to his work.Currently Ken runs his own firm, Glickman Associates and partners with other companies to perform executive search, coaching and consulting assignments. He is also Senior Talent Manager with the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) at Michigan State University, working with the senior leadership team to recruit top researchers, physicists, engineers, and scientists for key positions to enable this $730 million Department of Energy project achieve its goals. Previously he was Managing Director with Gilbert Tweed International as an executive search consultant identifying the special leadership talent that will fit with his clients' specific needs. Ken conducted critical search assignments in many diverse industries, as well at non-profits, governments and universities.Ken serves on the Executive Board of the Michigan Israel Business Bridge, was appointed commissioner for the State of Michigan Career Education Advisory Commission and served on the Executive Board of the Capital Quality and Innovation and Ele's Place.
