I am responsible for driving stakeholder management, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and coordinating across teams to ensure alignment among multiple product teams. Additionally, I establish and monitor product data and metrics, optimise product processes, and promote adherence to best practices while coaching teams in process execution. Regular communication with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and managing vendor relationships to support project needs are also key responsibilities. Serving as a conduit between multiple stakeholders to deliver initiatives seamlessly, I establish and sustain open communications as well as working to surface and solve concerns, risks and dependencies. I curate and implement repeatable, measurable processes to create consistently successful outcomes. These metrics promote continual improvement by providing opportunities to identify, evaluate-and respond to-successes and challenges. By leading regular alignment sessions, I bring key departmental members together to reflect on progress, highlight actions and fundamentally increase accountability and productivity on an individual and organisational level. I present regular updates to the Chambers Executive Leadership Team, informing them of progress and highlighting necessary considerations. I oversee projects from inception to completion, from initial scope and feasibility to delivery, launch and post-deployment.

Delivering excellence by overseeing digital project delivery to ensure every element, from communication and time management to conflict resolution and problem-solving is executed to the highest standards. To optimise growth and productivity, I worked with the Beep! team to audit and improve their digital landscape, devise formal quality assurance processes, drive recruitment, create progressive team strategies and lead regular retros to identify strengths/weaknesses and establish formal processes that drive delivery.
