Greet customers, complete estimates, schedule repairs, order parts, complete supplements, work with insurance appraisers to insure estimates and supplements are written to allow proper repairs. Work with customers to guide them through the claims process. Responsible for DRP programs with several large insurance companies. Work with manager to enhance workflow and implement procedures to gain efficiencies and increase production while controlling costs, resulting in increased revenue. Assume manager duties and responsibilities when manager is not available. Travel to sister shops to fill in for managers on vacation or not available for extended periods.

Complete estimates for customers, insurance companies, walk in customers, and internal operations for fleet and truck service department. Provide guidance to customers and shop estimators for dealing with insurance claims. Work with insurance appraiser/adjusters to diagnose damage and complete accurate estimates for repairing vehicles.
