Develop, implement and coordinate strategic communication activities to meet specific WHO Country Office objectives. This included activities to increase the visibility and engagement of the work of the WHO country office (WCO) via digital platforms. Plan and document WCO activities. Support the work of the WCO through engagement and the management of various stakeholder relationships, including the Ministry of Health& Wellness, UN Partner agencies, Civil society agencies and WHO offices (regional and global).

Face The Nation (FTN) is an HIV/Aids, STI and teen pregnancy prevention outreach program for high school students in Botswana. The program engages and assists senior secondary students in form 4 & 5 (grade 11 & 12) with discussions on topics such as decision making, life skills, sexual reproductive health, leadership training, STI prevention measures, etc. Some of my responsibilities included;- Teaching and facilitating guidance lessons- Counseling individual students- Planning and coordinating Guidance & Counselling departmental events and activities- Facilitating student-run organizations like PACT and Abstinence Club- Editing and writing for the department newsletter for students- Leadership and skills training for executive members of the perfect body (Head boy and girl, Deputy head boy and girl, and portfolio-specific leaders)
