Developer contracted to ABSA Life, The Future Fit Team. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining microservices using Java and Springboot, and customizing existing API's to fit specific external client requirements. Currently working on integrating external APIs using MuleSoft design centre and MuleSoft Anypoint Studio.

Production Support team member in the Discovery Insure division, whose key function is to implement data fixes on systems in production, and investigate the cause of the issues that required data fixes. The systems maintained include web services, mobile and web applications linked to the Vitality Drive Product, and internal systems for creating new business quotes and maintaining product data for clients.
