As the Founding Member and Head of the Development team, Took the initiative to digitize our Hall for 700+ boarders by introducing the following features and functionalities. ➤ Online portal for maintenance and mess complaints➤ Hall library functionalities to maximize library utilization➤ Comprehensive information related to the Hall like KHOJ events, Alumni Page, HCM, and GC for easy accessibility.

➤ Managed a budget of 90 LPA in my tenure, developed and implemented future plans and budgets effectively, and maintained balance sheet of donations and expenses. ➤ Developed various reports for GYWS, including Annual, Quarterly, & Event reports, to ensure proper management and transparency between the NGO and donors to ensure accurate financial activities.

➤ My stint as Kshitij Campus Affiliate of Kshitij 2022 enabled me to contribute substantially in key aspects of Publicity, Event Management & Teamwork under Fest.➤ On the publicity front, widely publicized the fest in the region of Bihar and promoted the fest in more than 50 colleges of Bihar region. ➤ Worked with a team of 55 KCAs to expand the reach of the fest through more than 1000 colleges in India. ➤ On the event management front, I and five other KCAs have successfully conducted various workshops & Embetronix with huge participation from all the regions of India.

𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 NGO after seeing the plight of slum dwellers shivering in the winter and struggling to find proper nutrition & education. In just 6 months, reached out to more than 800 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 who donated 1 rupee per day (30 rupees per month). We embarked on a mission to make a difference in the lives of the underprivileged. Over the course of 12-13 months, our team undertook a series of impactful initiatives that left an indelible mark. We extended a helping hand to those in need, leaving behind a trail of unforgettable acts of kindness and support for the underprivileged.
