• Managing the airfreight export/import or domestic transporational operation processes• Coordinating the foreign and domestic agent relations• Delivering service to rate requests of foreign agents and giving rate offers to customers• Following up the documentation processes• Billing and reporting turnover of the department on a monthly basis• Customer relationships management
