About Kean-H Aw

Currently, I am an IC Design Engineering Manager at Intel responsible for development and validation of IC design Tools, Flows and Methodology. I started my career in the semiconductor industry since 1993 as IC Failure Analysis, Quality & Reliability and pre & post silicon Electro-static Discharge engineering. In 2001, I was involved in the setting up of the new IC Design Team for Network processor in Intel Malaysia, Since then, my work mainly dwells in Analog Mix-Signal, and Back End Physical Design. Since mid of 2000, I am actively involved in university-industry collaboration and STEM program in local high schools.
