Jobs Responsibilities• To develop a compact high-power automotive LED platform product in line with business strategy. • Tripple constraint is highly effective in delivering a project with a defined scope, within the budget and allocated timeline • Product Development project lifecycle kick start from feasibility study, followed by development, validation and certification. Lastly, it will be launched flawlessly for mass production. • Significant involvement in product development associated with, but not limited to, dual sourcing, costing, material spec setting, supplier quality assurance, product qualification and certification.• Chair every phase gate review meeting • Product cost effectiveness had been one of the key deliverables on most of the project to ensure cost competitiveness. • Collaborate with supplier to define and qualify material for new product with respect to automotive reliability requirement. • Lead cross functional discussion with designer, reliability test personnel, process engineers, supply chain team, and other functional groups for project planning and alignment. • Project milestone are closely monitor and tracked. Project issues and crisis will be risk assessed in order to minimize the impact to the customer & committed timeline • 6 months post release support in manufacturing to ensure sustainable product yield, cost and quality metric. • Well verse in DRBFM, FMEA, manufacturing process control plan and PPAP for Automotive environment.

• The single of point of contact person managing CM & ODM partners located in Malaysia, Taiwan, US, Norway and UK day-to-day operation activities to ensure key metrics; on time delivery, shipment plan, product quality assurance & inventory are within control. • Interact with cross-functional team ( Marketing, Procurement, Engineering , Internal customer & Contract Manufacturer) to ensure smooth cut in of new engineering change. • Ensure manufacturing comply with all regulatory & compliance requirement.• Monitor and ensure product engineering changes notice release without hassle.• Develop and implement business supply and quality agreement.• Provide operation support to supplier’s production delivery issue that may be due to technical challenges or order upside that exceeded forecast. Ensure cross functional team is aware of the issue and drive to meet deliverable.• Ensure finish goods inventories are within quarterly target set by management.• Drive supplier for continuous improvement (quality, capacity, cost saving, process)• CAPEX, NRE , RFQ analysis.• Lead site-to-site manufacturing line/product transfer project & new projects setup. • Manufacturing capacity planning and analysis.• Maintain & develop good working relationship with suppliers for long term business relationship and nurturing friendly collaboration. • Plan and develop project timeline and monitor & control to ensure project is closed within timeline and budget.//Achievement• Project Manager for division Outsourcing Project. Drive and lead the outsourcing team to complete 1 product family manufacturing strategy change to release direct labor and exempt staff to support higher value NPI project. • Coordinate with Global team to complete company name change for CM & ODM product from Agilent to Keysight a quarter ahead from the dateline set by corporate.• Successfully completed product family manufacturing site transfer from supplier A to Supplier B to meet business continuous plan.

• Handle NPI project transfer, product manufacturing test software development & product reliability qualification plan.• Provide guidance and train up new test engineer.• Assist production & engineering manager in day to day operation activity.• Work with cross functional team to develop manufacturing test software for new project.// Achievement• Completion of hardware and manufacturing test software development for PXIe interfacing card to contract manufacturer.• Completion of reverse engineering in building extra set of test station for outsourcing project.• Completion of handshaking of manufacturing test software with manufacturing shop floor system to enhance tracking and monitoring of manufacturing day to day activity.• Implemented manufacturing downtime alert system to improve turnaround time.• Completed test development & improvement as per ISO17025 requirement

• To coordinate with process engineering team & procurement group on NPI activity.• Manage and perform NPI projects simultaneously and coordinate multiple products.• To source and get quote from vendor to develop necessary tools and equipment.• Interact with customer and internal team to resolve test related problem.• Provide yield improvement and test time reduction plan to customer to maximize productivity.• Perform low yield analysis and provide containment action on issues.• Coordinating new product / process transfer and new test equipment setup.• Ensure test program and any other test related mechanism is successfully setup & verified.• Provide training to engineers and technicians of new test engine.• Capacity planning and equipment up-time maintenance.• Work with program management & production to meet goals.• Handling non-recurring-cost (NRE) for project expansion.• Work with component supplier to improve incoming material quality satisfaction index.• To take action to purge if component fallout rate more than triggering measurement.// Achievement• Completed Siemens medical ultrasound product NPI in Penang• Visit Korea and Japan to investigate system integration/Box build failure & resolved test correlation gaps between customer facility and Plexus manufacturing floor in Penang.• Completed test validation process as per ISO13485 requirement for NPI product.
