• Lead, Mentor, and Develop a team of Core Banking Professionals.• Analysis, Design, Development and troubleshooting core banking system. • Researching and evaluating core banking system needs. • Planning and managing available resources to ensure delivering business requirements following the planned timeline and maintaining high quality standards. • Involvement in Low Level Design, coding and implementation as well as preparing technical documentation and operational procedures. • Providing software development consultation, advice and guidance related to core banking systems. • Hands on role to provide technical broad based support in core banking system and supporting the Application Development Team. • Maintaining code of existing applications and manage change requests based on business requirements. • Performing Unit/Integration testing, debugging and fixing errors and bugs in core banking system.

• Lead and manage software development projects from conception to deployment.• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.• Manage and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.• Ensure the development team adheres to established coding standards, methodologies, and best practices.• Oversee code reviews and ensure the quality of the final deliverables.• Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and other departments or external vendors.• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management.• Gather and refine business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.• Develop and maintain documentation related to development processes and systems.• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.• Supporting the test team in defect analysis and fixing and test support.• High competency and experience in Transact (T24) Core Banking System Modules (R21)• Experience in customizing system for business requirements.• Good knowledge of Transact (T24) Environment TAFC and TAFJ. • Good knowledge of TAFJEE servlet.• Good knowledge on ATM Interface development.• TSA service configuration.• TSA Parameter setup.• ATM Parameter setup.• Multi-Company setup.• Extract/Push data from/to T24 environments using OFS.• Install T24 Updates in TAFC Environment.• Install T24 New Products.• Experience in T24 COB Support and handling COB issues.• Excellent knowledge in Archiving Procedures.• Experience in Oracle Database 19c SQL and PL/SQL• Experience in Design Studio T24• Experience in transition the codes from TAFC to TAFJ• In association with Temenos: Upgrade T24 from R06 to R10 Upgrade T24 from R10 to R15 Upgrade T24 from R15 TAFC to R21 TAFJ
