More than 20 years of experience in oil and gas offshore construction. Experienced in different kind of offshore construction projects with well-known international offshore contractors, e.g. Saipem, Sapuraacergy, etc. Specialized in offshore fixed platform installation/removal and rigid pipeline installation. Participated in different installation methods, i.e. jacket launching, heavy lift (both jacket and topside), topside floatover, deepwater pipelay, platform deconstruction, etc. Have been delegated as site representative and interface coordinator to client, sub-contractor and MWS. Actively involved in project engineering, project co-ordination/interface, offshore operation/execution and project management which inclusive of subcontractor/vendor management, planning & scheduling, contract and cost control, resource management and etc., for different kind of contracts, e.g. EPCIC, Transportation and Installation, Turnkey, Cost-Plus, etc. Ensuring project compliance in different disciplines of work scope, e.g. marine, transportation, engineering, procurement, HSE and quality, fabrication, etc. Notwithstanding, also take part in tender technical proposal preparation. Currently assuming roles in managing commercial department, which includes tendering, cost estimation, business development, etc.
