Project Based Manager - Tours at Utopia Vacations Pvt Ltd

-Provide inquiries to suppliers using SAP Created BOM's from and deliver feedback/information to customer Merchants for production planning within stipulated deadlines-Create and send purchase orders on time to suppliers and split the raw material flow as per planned cut date requirements.-Participate in weekly critical internal meetings and provide information on the progress-Work closely with Development Merchandisers and Fabric Technologists to follow the progress and any changes that may occur during later stages of the critical path.-Weekly review and provide feedback on the raw material stock report whilst aligning with material management goals and policies-Work closely with PCU teams at plants and provide necessary information to ensure smooth production flow.

-Standardisation of Raw Material across all Customer accounts on PLM and SAP.-Verifying for Accuracy of Raw Materials and Inputting.-Testing and Training for any Project Synthesis Related Business Activities.

-Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction-Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers-Meet customer service department sales targets, generating sales leads when opportunities arise
