Ensuring the possible best interconnection with the International carriers as well as with ICX's (Interconnection Exchange) and ANS in the local segment.• Handling the TDM and IP (H.323 & SIP) calls. Troubleshooting problems by taking the trace (ISUP trace for TDM and Packet trace for IP) on the problematic routes.• Main responsibilities includes configuration changes and management e.g. creation of new route (ISUP, SIP, SIP-T and H.323 route) and modification of the existing routes.• Operations and Maintenance of Switch using Core Node Backup Log, Health Check, Maintaining the Event Log of the System.• Ensuring quality by analysis of failed call log with Cause Code exploration, CDR analysis to improve the service level as well as traffic quality.
