I set the technical vision for test automation and continuous integration, crafting effective test strategies and plans encompassing various test types within Agile/DevOps environments.o Increased UI and API test coverage to over 90%.o Increased unit tests coverage to over 80%.o Decreased blocker bugs from over 10 per quarter to less than 1, eliminating almost all downtime not caused by AWS/external factors.o Decreased critical bugs from 20 per quarter to less than 3.▪I advocated for testability, implemented engineering best practices, handled incident management and root cause analysis (RCA), and led initiatives to prevent defects, ensuring comprehensive product quality.

▪ Led multiple teams of SDET and QA engineers to achieve high-quality product deliveries and successful launches across multiple products, including Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Jobs Posting, and Elevate.▪ Collaborated closely with development teams, SREs, PMs, Customer Success, and marketing to integrate testing activities seamlessly into the development process, ensuring efficient and timely product delivery.▪ Spearheaded various cross-functional collaboration initiatives, such as project Inversion (monolith to microservice), multi-colo, localization, GDPR compliance, and accessibility enhancements.

While still owning the Recruiter product, I led a team of QA engineers to launch the Jobs Posting product.

Led QA for 0 -> 1 launch of Recruiter product. Responsibilities included: requirements gathering, test planning, functional testing, cross-browser testing, integration testing, performance testing, iOS/Android native apps testing, regression automation, L10n, and release management.

Designed and implemented functional and performance test frameworks for web and Windows desktop applications using Selenium, SilkTest, Eggplant, and AutoItX.

Implemented automated UI testing by designing a custom UI testing framework using WATIR/WebDriver, significantly reducing test cycles from one month to two weeks.
