Positive Vibes is a mobile application created during the summer of 2016 at the European Innovation Academy, in France, partnered with the UC Berkeley Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology. +Vibes is an app that aims to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and bullying by providing a platform that allows teenagers to make meaningful affordable connections to therapists. It helps therapists find a more consistent client base and creates a wholly positive environment through unique features that teenagers find appealing and comfortable.

Responsible for selling auto & home insurance to prospective clients throughout Southern California, via telephone, email and/or the Internet. Assisted in application completion by recommending solutions & educating on coverage specific to product. Continually assisted in the accomplishment of company goals by exceeding monthly quotas & keeping high retention rates. Performed underwriting duties for new applications and renewals. Established personal relationships by giving excellent customer service to all applicants.

Served as office liaison between operations staff and client brokers.  Assisted four Account Executives and respective brokers regarding all loan documentation issues. Coordinated underwriters regarding credit analysis for mortgage loan applications. Reviewed appraisals, financial statements and credit reports and assured all mortgage loan approval conditions satisfied. Supported Account Executives in growing their business. Collaborated with client broker regarding pricing using online aids and pricing engines.
