• HR AdministratorReporting to the Senior Manager - Personnel & Administration with regard to the functioning of Administrative and Personnel activities June ‘05 – till dateDuties Under Taken:-
• Manage, Control and Co-ordinate multi-faceted Activities within the HR and Administration. To ensure quality and timeliness of services provided and plan and implement and execute programs accordingly.
• In Charge Administrator for employees Compensation and Benefits, and Personnel Records. Salary Administration covering all Personnel activities such as Records of Employees, Leave records, Settlements, Resignations.
• In charge Administrator and Coordinator of Employee Appraisals and handles Employee Promotions Requests and Proposals. Provide input for appraisal of staff, upon request of Supervisor, to assess individual performance.
• Manage complete operations & functioning of HR through HRMS & Supervise and train the staff on the HRMS systems
• Compile and update employee records (hard & soft copies),Process documentation and prepare reports on staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations
