HR AdministratorReporting to the Senior Manager - Personnel & Administration with regard to the functioning of Administrative and Personnel activities June ‘05 – till dateDuties Under Taken:- • Manage, Control and Co-ordinate multi-faceted Activities within the HR and Administration. To ensure quality and timeliness of services provided and plan and implement and execute programs accordingly.• In Charge Administrator for employees Compensation and Benefits, and Personnel Records. Salary Administration covering all Personnel activities such as Records of Employees, Leave records, Settlements, Resignations, Transfers, Demobilization, Final Settlements, Annual Bonuses, etc.• In charge Administrator and Coordinator of Employee Appraisals and handles Employee Promotions Requests and Proposals. Provide input for appraisal of staff, upon request of Supervisor, to assess individual performance against set objectives.• Manage complete operations & functioning of HR through HRMS & Supervise and train the staff on the HRMS systems• Compile and update employee records (hard & soft copies),Process documentation and prepare reports on staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations• Deal with employee requests regarding work issues, rules and regulations,Communicate with public & governmental offices, when required• Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees, In charge of Graduate Under Development.
