• IT/Telecom Project management o Projects managed : Implementation of a high-availability system - datacenter extension, IP telephony modernization project , Study and implementation of security solutions with Kaspersky antivirus, Fortigate and Qualys.• Organization of project kick-off meetings; • Elaboration and management of project schedules;• Project performance management and reporting; • Writing and elaboration of technical proposals; • Presentation of technical solutions to the client;

Management of IT and Telecom projects:• Projects managed: Swap SGSN Alcatel to SGSN Huawei, Swap GGSN (Cisco 7200 series) to Huawei GGSN, Broadband Internet, Borrow me credit, Etopup, PRBT, VAS projects (One97, Optiweb, Promo Engine,…), Installation of video surveillance system at Cotonou headquarters.• Network and data quality of service management; • Supervise and manage local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). • Inventory and audit of active IT/Telecom equipment’s;• Management of LAN / WAN equipment, Firewal (Sophos, Juniper, Cisco)Routers (Cisco,Huawei);• Monitoring of active equipment within the network;• Performance, reporting and quality of the data network; • Active equipment configuration and documentation management;• Planning and implementation of corporate security policies;• Security systems planning and integration; • Identification of needs and negotiation and purchase of telecommunications, IT and software equipment in collaboration with the Finance and Administration department.• Provided technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.• Manage and supervise 6 staff in charge of network and data on-call duty.
