• Currently developing a new graduate level course on Competitiveness, under the MOC network of Harvard Business School, which will be introduced by 2017.• Designed and revamped the course “Analysis of Pakistan Industries” to include research and analysis reports written by students after analyzing various sectors of the Pakistan industry. The students were required to present their findings at the end of the term.• Integral part of the team responsible for conducting tests and interviews for prospective MBA and BBA students during the IBA admission procedure. • Designed, developed, and successfully launched the IBA MS Economics/ MS leading to PhD (Economics) at Graduate level. This program is designed to provide a solid background in theory, quantitative methods, and applications appropriate to the needs of economists involved in policy planning, analysis, and forecasting of public and private sectors.• Designed, developed, and successfully launched the IBA BS Economics and Maths program at undergraduate level. This is a 4-year degree program with double majors in economics and mathematics. The program provides a well-coordinated curriculum for students interested in pursuing masters or PhD in economics and mathematics.• Designed a new course on Consumer Banking, in collaboration with Standard Chartered Bank for graduate and undergraduate students to meet the industry needs.• Implemented standardization of core courses across various programs to ensure consistency within the course curriculum.• Audit department courses through peer evaluation to improve and enhance the quality of courses and teaching methodology and pedagogy.• Actively involved in introducing a range of new economics and finance electives to meet diversified needs of students and industry.• Allocation of courses for each semester• Identifying faculty for core and elective courses• Recruitment of new faculty
