Also lead and managed the Demand Planning forecast review tool development. The tool was developed to to facilitate the team to review the monthly forecasting trends and planning data. The tool has been developed keeping in view the business need and minimal maintenance required so that it helps/ facilitates team with lesser efforts and time.In addition, she has also worked on Automation and redesign of the Brand board as per the business need in order to save time and improve on accuracy.
