Achievement: Worked as part of a research team that collaborated with Human Genome Sciences (U.S) to develop anti-BLyS antibody (Benlysta) treatment of active lupus, & two anti-TRAIL receptor antibodies mapatumumab (HGS ETR1) and lexatumumab (HGS-ER2) induction of apoptosis in certain tumours.

Performed microbial analysis of food samples to identify pathogenic, spoilage, and fermentative microorganisms to ensure product safety and quality. Minimised contamination by tracing back sources to implement corrective actions and prevent future occurrences on the manufacturing site. Executed shelf-life studies to determine the effect of microorganisms on food spoilage and recommend preservation techniques.
