With over 10 years of experience in the education sector, I am passionate about improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning through innovative and evidence-based approaches. I currently work as a Coordinator for Institutional Excellence (Accreditation) at Taibah University, where I lead and manage the accreditation processes and standards for the university's academic programs and services.As an e-learning supervisor at Tabuk University, I have developed and implemented various e-learning strategies and solutions, such as blended learning, MOOCs, flipping classrooms, and learning games, to enhance student engagement and outcomes. I have also trained and mentored the faculty and staff on the best practices and techniques of instructional design and delivery. Additionally, I hold three certifications from the Education & Training Evaluation Commission, which demonstrate my expertise and skills in accreditation, evaluation, and quality assurance.
