-Organize and coordinate all operational components of a youth and young adult social justice program for international social justice organization. -Develop annual program plans and create detailed program reports for program.-Developed and conducted ‘Organizing 101’ training for both Atlanta and Baltimore Peace by Peace chapters. -Train and supervise organizing campaigns for New Orleans, Atlanta and Baltimore Peace by Piece Chapters.-Coordinate youth program focused on African American sustainability and urban gardening. -Train as Lead Gardener for the Park Pride Welch Street Community Garden. -Work closely with Regional Director to assist with raising both small and large donations for the sum of $200,000 towards building sustainable communities in Baltimore, New Orleans, and Atlanta. -Research and partner with external organizations with strategic parallels to program development to ensure implementation of program goals. -Create and manage relationships with community leaders/organizations in Atlanta area. -Recruit and manage over 120 volunteers to service small and large community service projects in Atlanta. -Co-develop youth program “Peace ATL” and “My Melanin” centered around narrative change.-Co-develop the It’s My Life Youth Festival which served over 20 youth and over 120 audience members. -Serves as an AFSC facilitator/lead mentor for the Talented Tenth Restorative Justice 12 week Program. Servicing over 12 youth participants. -Coordinate regular meetings with managing directors to ensure plan implementation fulfillment. -Co-Coordinated the Our Melanin Festival which sold over 700 tickets and served over 400 Black Atlantans. -Manage the program’s $60,000 budget---and prepare monthly budget expenditure reports.
