I am a solution oriented professional, with experience in various manufacturing industries such as coatings, cements and oil and gas. I also have experience in completion tools manufacturing and waste management industries. I have experience in people development through conducting training and seminars.My main passion is to inspire people to live their fullest potentials through my work and writings. I had 13 years experiences working in QA department of Operations Division where I began gaining skills and experience in public speaking, effective listening, development and implementation of Quality Management System, problem solving such as through root cause analysis, managing customer complaints, developing new formulations, product stewardship and liaising with local authorities.I then continue to gain experiences and skills in waste management industry mainly in co-processing and then in the cements manufacturing industry. Here I also learned about constructions, ready-mix and dry mix processes.I was also given different roles and responsibilities such as in training section, finding new business venture, developing by-in from customers and local authorities, concrete laboratory and dry mix product development.I also have experience in technical data compilation and technical writing for project submission.
