Current1. Ensures that all employee files are up-to-date, accurate, and complete, adhering to organizational policies and legal requirements. This involves organizing both physical and digital records for easy accessibility.2. Communicates with department administrators and external contacts to collect and rectify any missing or incomplete employee documents. This is essential for maintaining precise and thorough employee records.3. Responsible for updating and maintaining the employee database and HR dashboard, particularly for new hires. Ensures accurate input of employee data and supports the onboarding process to maintain efficiency.4. Screening and sorting CVs for open positions: assist in the recruitment process by reviewing submitted CVs, identifying candidates that meet the required qualifications for advertised roles, and forwarding suitable candidates to line managers and supervisors for interview scheduling.5. Participating in interview processes: Supports the interviewing process for vacant positions by participating in interviews, ensuring that proper protocols are followed during candidate selection, and providing feedback.6. Documenting employee actions and activities: Responsible for documenting employee actions, such as leave applications, performance appraisals, returns from leave, disciplinary queries, and other HR-related activities. This ensures the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.
