Main responsibilities:- Defi ning development strategy through external and internal marketresearch- Improving and constantly monitoring key indicators of cities where theapplication operates- Researching and proposing improvements for the platform and application- Monitoring changes and critical points in regulation, and legitimacy of thecountry- Monitoring the digital footprint of the company in Vietnam- Supporting cross-teams (marketing, product, analytical, PR, operational,legal, and fi nancial) to launch projects, solve ad-hoc issues and ensuregrowth
