• Oversee the IM/IT operations for India. • Managing shared delivery environment for the Infrastructure Management Services following ITSM standard.• Responsible for defining metrics and KAP for the team and providing inputs in the• Continuous Improvement Process for achieving the desired result for the team.• Perform internal SOX audits and assist the onshore during the external audits.• Coordinating to maintain excellent relationship with the customers and onshore teams though regular updates and timely support ensuring high SLA & C-SAT Scores.• Supporting deployment of new servers, TAB & CAB approvals and other change activities.
