I have an over ten years of experience on laboratory diagnostic, monitoring and quality assurance. I have exposure and experience in molecular techniques such as conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR), real-time PCR for viral load, early infant diagnosis, influenza, sequencing, flow cytometry, microbiological techniques including bacterial culture, identification and drug susceptibility test. Addition to this, I had extensive work experience in conducting the laboratory related trainings and on-site supportive supervision, coaching and mentoring for diagnostic purpose and quality assurance. Contributed to various national documents including guidelines, manuals and reports.
