Tasked to set up the company social media page from 0 likes.With prior experience as a social media strategist, developed a social media strategy, content development, community management plan, crisis mitigation processes, social media campaigns and formulate cost effective ad buying strategy.Key highlight was to educate the CEO the need to adopt a prudent but yet effective ad buying strategy.

Started out as an intern in Q32010 doing mainly copy-writing work and mundane monthly reporting and trying to make sense of the numbers.Eventually move on to being an account manager for brands such as Zingrill Holdings (Seoul Garden + Breeks), Capitaland Mall (Clarke Quay + Funan) and Guardian Health and Beauty.
