Sales & Marketing Management- Oversee daily sale activity in the role of district biz manager in HCMC- Report closely to BOD for monthly sale target & the monthly market update (HCMC)- Supervise & develop the brand identification for the company from the traditional proposition to innovative approach.- Take over the brand health check through the period biz survey & analysis- Develop marketing strategy & carry out the marketing campaign execution (mostly on OOH, points of sales, digital, social).- Measure, evaluate & report the marketing campaign performance directly to BOD.- Join as a part of trainer to give support for trainees in different departments.

As the role of AAM, I’ve started to enhance deeply my career as a project leader. My responsibilities include:- Managing the company clients’ accounts in accordance with the requirements and provide frontline support to the company- Managing client expectations on high standards on every campaign.- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent outcomes in every campaign- Reacting quickly to customer inquiries and complaints; providing specific solutions when problem/issue occurs.- Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in project management.- Reporting process/outputs/results to the top-level and deliver presentations to clients.

Here, I’ve initiated with new level on very new challenging working environment. I’ve started to expand the agency’s level into planning & leading project.
