As the Director of Program Management at Vista, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and non-digital transformation programs/products/projects for the group.I have more than 15 years of experience in program, product, and project management, with a focus on complex integrations and change management related programs. I lead a cross-functional team of program managers, product managers, project managers, developers, designers, and analysts, who work collaboratively to ensure the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our projects. I perform risk management, stakeholder communication, and employee development activities, as well as provide strategic direction and guidance for the Program/Product/Project (PPP) management department. My mission is to bring my teams to operate at the highest standards and enable our group to achieve its business goals by continously optimizing performance through automation, integrations and innovative, user-friendly digital/non-digital solutions.
