Inclusive Gender and Voter Education campaign in District Sanghar (Mera Vote Pakistan ky liay) we conducted the session at "Village Muhammad Umar Behan, UC dhoro janib " (20 Participants were male and females ) gave the exact definition about the Democracy and Voter education , how to vote? and what are our rights? Totally tell the process of vote casting and basic rights to make democracy strong it is our duty the all villagers were interested in this informative session and distributed the Pamphlets given by the CDA .

This Project was funded BY WFP Pakistan and USAID In District Sanghar to HANDS .The main motive of this project is to give the support and priorities the flood effected people of Sanghar . In sanghar 4 Union Councils were extremely effected by flood,1. UC KHAHI 2. UC BHIT BHAITI 3. UC BAHARAMBARI 4. UC LOONKHAN On immediate basis HANDs started work with equality MALE & FEMALE were intracted with Project female were engaged in hand craft, stitching and livestock trainings,On the other side the Males were engaged in Schemes,1. Rehabilitation of Water course2. Cleanliness of water pond 3. Kachha Pathway schemes 4.Safeguard wall "circled to Village the outside water can't touch.for this whole project WFP provide 5 cycles of funding to each of UC for their betterment .

I have had the privilege of being associated with Community World Service Asia (CWSA), a renowned national and international organization dedicated to empowering minority communities, promoting peace, and implementing community development projects. During my university days, I joined CWSA in 2019 and had the opportunity to attend various sessions, projects, and training programs conducted in Punjab and Sindh. My experience with CWSA has been enriching, and I have gained valuable knowledge and skills. I am proud to be an alumnus of CWSA and a former trainee, and I appreciate the organization's efforts in making a positive impact in the lives of many.CWSA provide us many opportunities for visit and make us as leader and leadership skills ,Sir Junaid From "CWSA" and Sir Ross Mehtani from "CWSA" both of our mentors they always give us the strength and facilitate for field visits and so many sessions in department and also out door activities for Social Workers and Our Department's Partners .
