(OPEX, CAPEX, HSEQ General & Invariants). • Team lead, mentoring & responsible for (03-05) AMPM’s • Identify / propose new sources, performance management, HSEQ Assessment, evaluation & prevention plan execution of existing vendors. (Approx. 20#). • Developing & finalizing SOW, SLA’s, and standards & specifications for engineering contract management. (Approx. 15 # contracts). • Manage min 150 different projects per year by preparing their estimate, layouts, tendering documents.• Developing asset replacement plan of more than 100 items per year.• Handling 350 reactive complaints per year.• Planning, Scheduling & monitoring of 400 preventive maintenance visits of sites/month.• Managing 100 sites inspection per month.• Managing coordination with 20 to 30 vendors, avg 200 site dealers for day to day maintenance & construction activities on sites.• Establish a cordial and conducive working environment across the board which promotes & values diversity and recognizes individual styles of thinking and opinions.• Ensure the reliability of the retail network, CORO CNG’s and Non Retail Fuel Business ventures through HSEQ compliant and efficient operations management of equipment & facilities offered via effective planning, execution, monitoring and critical evaluations.• Lead, coach, train and project the young team of AMPM’s and safety supervisors with on ground practical demonstrations, encouraging them to take decisions and supporting them in skill set enhancements and career advancements. • Project lead to purchase for initiating and finalization for renewal/new engineering tenders, contracts and identify new sources.
