- Responsible to get security of tenure for TNB substation in land matters, especially Negeri Sembilan and Melaka.- Manage the administrative task, data-entry and documentations of the land matters for smoother land procurement execution.- Liaise with relevant Government authorities /agencies to ensure the smooth implementation of the projects.- Deal with land owner and responsible for carrying out the task of land procurement activities.- Plan and monitor every stage of land procurement process and responsible for coordination with all relevant parties to ensure all TNB substations being legalized within the given time frame.- Support in reporting to management and Board Audit Committee Meeting (BAC) on the progress of project completion through related land procurement process.
