• Assist Project Manager on day-to-day basis.• Develop Work Order Proposal (WOP) for all construction work packages including project cost for onshore pre-fabrication, manpower loading, tools, equipment and consumables for offshore execution.• Liaise with Procurement & Logistics Department regarding item purchasing & transportation.• Track, monitor & review work progress of onshore/offshore activities.• Represents the company in technical capacity in meetings / correspondence with clients, subcontractors, third parties, etc.• Provides expertise, competence and experience in key strategic engineering fields, including code of design, regulatory criteria, and current good engineering services.• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards and legal requirements.• Responsible for the production of deliverables, including technical support to the drawing office, concept estimates, requirements, processes, analyzes, progress reports, bid reviews, test reports and various submissions from third parties.• Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) for each work order received and develop Work Order Proposal (WOP) for procurement of project materials.• Develop scope of supply, conduct the Technical and Commercial Clarification Meeting (TCCM), analyze and review the technical and commercial bid proposal and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) for service or project material purchasing to ensure compliance with the project and procurement requirements.• Develop construction work pack, including Job Method Statement (JMS), Scope of Work, Specific Site Procedure, resource loading, and schedule to ensure safe and timely execution or completion of construction activities.• Coordinate with Planning Engineer to ensure the timely completion of detailed schedule preparation.• Execute and monitor onshore pre-fabrication, pre-execution readiness before mobilizing the workforce to the site/offshore.

Organize QC daily schedule. 2. Attend site walk, highlighting QC or Safety issue and site progress. 3. Maintain the expiration date for every certified fitter, welder and Tools used. 4. Liaise & coordinated with Client, Main-con. & other departments to avoid delay in the project. 5. Attend and follow up every meeting and discuss the work progress & issue from the site.6. Prepare, review all QAQC submittals & update records & tracking of all documents.7. Supervise DC and QC.8. Task on managing the Test Package Team, including reviewing the History Sheet, attend inspection & closed off report 9. Perform audits internally to ensure the company complies with ISO 9001:2015.

1. Involve in document control, records management, archiving, and technical drawing for Steam Cracker Complex Project at Petronas Rapid Project, Pengerang.2. Distribute QCF (Quality Control Form) to QC Inspectors.3. Transmittal documents to Main Con.,Toyo and approval by the PMC. 4. Maintaining the quality of work of the project and the construction progress.5. Coordinate with construction department on iso drawing revision, document approval and technical procedure. 6. Resolve missing heat number in Piping Welding Control System (PWCS) by coordinate with MATCO to trace heat number of pipe, fitting and etc. that not yet encoded.

Operation & Maintenance Involved: Familiarize with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Minor Outage operation at Unit 2:1) Inspect the condition of all cranes in Power House (PMA) and compressor machine etc. (PMT) before DOSH do a complete check-up.2) Inspection in MCW pipeline, Deaerator, Turbines, Wash Water Pump, Treated Water Pump A.3) Replace new High-Pressure Heater (HPH) 5.4) Leakage test on Condenser tube.5) Overhaul Condensate Extraction Pump (CEP), Main Stop Valve & Control Reheat Valve, Gearbox of Band Screen, Main Cooling Water Pump (MCWP). Participate inspection at the Boiler section.Training / Seminar Attended: Safety & health regulation in Jimah. Operation & protocol in Jimah. Done a test given from the Training Department.
