• Responsible for conducting laboratory analysis for petrochemical and petroleum products with accurate differentiation by sight. • Competent in performing ASTM and ISO standards and procedures specifically for black product (fuel oil) analysis. • Perform Standard Quality Control procedure to ensure compliance with the stability of the analysis. • Responsible for maintaining records of laboratory analysis in Information Management System (AIMS) in accordance with the clients’ needs and inquiry by operation executive. • Managed troubleshooting procedures for instrumental error in petrochemical product analysis.

- Lead and manage team of inspectors providing guidance, training and support to ensure accurate inspection process.- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to maintain consistent incoming/outgoing inspection of product quality.- Perform thorough inspection of raw products evaluating their suitability for surface treatment, anodizing and electroless nickle plating.- Conduct visual inspection, dimensional checks, and functional tests according to customer specifications and industry standards.- Collaborate with production team to identify and adress any quality issues, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to project deadlines.- Maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, defects and non-conformities and provide comprehensive reports to management and customers.

- On-site microbial sampling including water sampling, air sampling and swab sampling formicrobial analysis.- Performed food microbiological testing of various microbial detection such as Total PlateCount, E. coli, Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella sp, Yeast and Mould growth etc.- Conducted Schedule Waste Management system laboratories including chemical labellingfor each separated schedule waste according to each SW code.- Managed Chemical Register documentation for both chemical and microbiologicallaboratories.- Performed Oil and Grease Separation using Solvent Extraction method of wastewatersample using n-hexane and sulfuric acid.
