General Manager
CurrentDuties/Responsibilities:* Directly responsible to report to the Managing Director and Chairman.* Manage overall factory activities with the help of production team.* Responsible for production output, product’s quality and in time delivery.* Oversee the total responsibility for handling plant, planning, production and maintenance.* Plan, organize, direct and run optimum daily operations to meet customers’ expectations.* Supervise processing of crude oil and refined oil.* Ensure the planning and implementation of maintenance activities of all equipment.* Ensure the production of good quality products within the stipulated time.* Monitoring difficulties of plant during normal operation and in case of emergency* Maintain all production records of process materials in complete and proper condition.* To facilitate training of workmen to achieve optimum result by maintaining company values, plant, quality, safety and disciplinary norms.* Ensuring that the factory machineries are always in good workable condition.* Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs andmaintaining current quality standards.* Stay up to date with the latest production management’s best practices and concepts.* Maintain good employee relation and congenial working environment, good command and leadership capabilities.* Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.* Ensure plant safety procedures.* Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
