Duties/Responsibilities:* Directly responsible to report to the Managing Director and Chairman.* Manage overall factory activities with the help of production team.* Responsible for production output, product’s quality and in time delivery.* Oversee the total responsibility for handling plant, planning, production and maintenance.* Plan, organize, direct and run optimum daily operations to meet customers’ expectations.* Supervise processing of crude oil and refined oil.* Ensure the planning and implementation of maintenance activities of all equipment.* Ensure the production of good quality products within the stipulated time.* Monitoring difficulties of plant during normal operation and in case of emergency* Maintain all production records of process materials in complete and proper condition.* To facilitate training of workmen to achieve optimum result by maintaining company values, plant, quality, safety and disciplinary norms.* Ensuring that the factory machineries are always in good workable condition.* Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs andmaintaining current quality standards.* Stay up to date with the latest production management’s best practices and concepts.* Maintain good employee relation and congenial working environment, good command and leadership capabilities.* Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.* Ensure plant safety procedures.* Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

Responsibilities:• Power system designs, installation & Commissioning• Data center designs, installation & Commissioning• Weekly physically & technically healthy test of all Power related equipment• Prepare & submit daily/weekly/monthly Power related report to CEO & CTO. (with remote site)• Technical Meeting with the Vendors• Routine Service of Dhaka, Chittagong & Khulna site i.e. remote site.• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Sub-Station Equipments (Distribution Transformers, HT Switchgear, LT Switchgear, PFI Plant, MDB & SDB etc.)• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Diesel Generators.• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of ATS, SPD, AVR, On-Line & Off-Line Inverter & UPS,3000AH Battery Bank, Rectifier, AC Distribution Cabinet, DC Distribution Cabinet & PDF.• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Close Circuit Television (CCTV with DVR) Camera.(Fixed & Moving Type) & Fire Fighting System with CO2/FM200.• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of DDF, ODF, MUX, & Optical fiber.Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Air Conditioner(Split Type, Floor mounted Type & Precision Type from 1.5 tons to 15 tons, American air, General, Panasonic

Responsibilities: • Factory Power Equipment & machine installation & Maintenance.• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Sub-Station Equipment’s (Distribution Transformers, HT Switchgear, LT Switchgear, PFI Plant, MDB & SDB etc.)• Installation & Trouble shooting of Diesel Generators.• Installation & Trouble shooting of ATS, SPD, AVR, • Installation & Trouble shooting of Close Circuit Television (CCTV with DVR) Camera.(Fixed & Moving Type) & Fire Fighting System with CO2/FM200.•Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Air Conditioner (Split Type, Floor mounted Type from 1.5 tons to 5 tons, General, Panasonic, Singer• Installation & trouble-shutting Button making machine (Normal & Laser machine) • Raw materials mixing machine, Sheet punching machine, Curing machine, Polishing machine, Turning machine installation & maintenance.• Installation & Troubleshooting Poly machine• Installation & Troubleshooting paper printing machine.• Design for logo button.•Dust plant planning & installation• Installation & maintenance Screw & piston Type compressor for air flow.•Electrical & industrial equipment’s spear parts sourcing • Weekly physically & technically healthy test of all Power related equipment

Responsibilities:Operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of Emerson Power System, Diesel Generator (300,500 KVA), AVR (350KVA), UPS (10KVA), ATS, Distribution system, Firefighting system, Precision type A/C & CCTV. Power system designs, installation & Commissioning. Data center designs, installation & Commissioning. Network problems find out, trouble shoot and new network commissioning. O&M (monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting) Installment of BTS. Providing technical support to field engineer team members for trouble shooting of power system. Periodically technical meeting with manager. Arrange weekly meeting with reporting boss of all Power related issue. Check Electrical bill of Saber Plaza, Barak Building CTG,. Daily ensure of Generator re-fueling MTSO & all bts site in Ctg & Register of fuel purchase, consumption & generator running hours. Procurement of Power equipment. Trouble handles with DESCO/PDB. Manage a 20 members’ engineering team for nationwide all IP based CDMA network operation, maintenance, performance and customer support. Installment of BTS, Trouble-shooting of power related faults(Both internal & external) at BTS/TX-site core-site, Integration and configuration of different network elements And for Interconnectivity with other operators. Operation & maintenance DDF Monitoring the Power System and Troubleshoot the power system such as Battery Voltage Low, AC mains low, LVD active etc.
