Duties/Responsibilities: Administrative: 1. Provide lead to admin activities. 2. Update all legal documents. 3. Take cost control measure in all operational and administrative head and check though all bills 4. Supervise all type of procurement and provide logistic support for the factory. 5. Legal security management. 6. Vehicle management, Utility support etc. 7. Maintain close liaison with all the relevant Govt. offices, Local People, Employers' Association and other National Trade Bodies.HR: 1. Worker/Employee appointment, Maintaining personnel file with necessary doc. 2. Ensure job descriptions are in place. 3. Job analysis and manpower planning.4. Organize staff training sessions, workshop and activities. 5. Develop and implement a human resource plan and personnel management policies. 6. Explain employment standards and legislation such as worker compensation, labour standard and fair practice. 7. To prepare leave forms and leave status (Casual, Sick, Earn). 8. To find out the absent workers and the reason of absence.COMPLIANCE: 1. To maintain official records 2. Co-Operate different awareness programs. 3. Maintains and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance. Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical conduct. 4. Capable to handle with buyer, buying agent, third party auditor, and labor organization etc. 5. Have experience to facing audit ACCORD (RSC), ALLIANCE, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT, FCCA, GOTS, OCS, GRS, OEKO TEX ETC. 6. Have experience to facing buyer audit- H&M, ALDI, GAP, OTTO, WALMART, JULES, PRIMARK, RED CATES, MOTHER CARE, GULDENPHENNI, C&A, MGB, LI&FUNG, ESPRIT, KIABI etc. 7. To act as an effective communication liaison between workers and management and bring the complaints/ grievances of workers to the notice of the management. 8. To encourage and motivate workers for better performance. 9. Listening the problem of workers and counseling them properly.
