Collaborates and consults with business partners and stakeholders on how best to facilitate Keysight instrument, accessory, software and service product offerings in a way that meets or exceeds customer expectations along with meeting Keysight development, manufacturing, sales, installation and maintenance requirements. Determines how to execute the product offering strategy using standard Keysight’s Product Data Management and ERP systems and overseeing integration/migration across systems, interface solutions and platforms. On-going maintenance of current products per business requirements, including the product lifecycle along with execution of the discontinuation strategy. Provides an effective and timely interaction and resolution to product configuration or issues raised by customers (internal and external). Plays a key role in providing scalable solutions and new or improved business processes that align with strategic goals, also establishing and driving alignment with Keysight Standards. Engineering Change management and analyst- Responsible to coordinate, process, validate, release, and implement CR/COs in the PLM and ERP systems. Enforce enterprise standards/business rules related to Product Life Cyle. Responsible for managing Keysight ECM Process (Engineering Change Management) in 3DX PLM system and Oracle ERP system. Responsible to coordinate, process, validate, release and implement CR/CO in 3DX and Oracle. Meet CR/CO TAT and Data Quality targets. Participate in Lean/departmental continuous improvement efforts. Ability to transform processes into digital transformation with the objectives of work efficiency improvement. Solve business controls/ process problem of limited scope and complexity. Support management of Centrally Controlled Manufacturing/Process Documents and Temporary Changes.
