• Lead and manage the implementation of ISO Environmental and Safety Management Systems• Conduct annual internal audits as the KPC Internal Lead Auditor• Develop and execute comprehensive field HSE Annual Plans• Implement a Safety Observation Card System and oversee its execution• Contribute to the development of the Emergency Response Plan• Conduct regular HSE monthly trainings and awareness sessions• Apply the Systematic Cause Analysis Technique for incident investigations• Manage contractors to ensure adherence to HSE policies and legal requirements• Implement the company's waste management system• Provide support with the Permit to Work system, Control of Work, and hazard identification and risk assessments to ensure safe work practices and compliance with HSE policies and guidelines.• Assist in enhancing KPIs for different Departments inside the field.• Plan and assist in Scheduled Shut Downs for different facilities

• Working closely with employees to identify work activities potential hazards and conduct comprehensive Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for all activities and implement effective hazard control measures for every job step.• Conduct HAZID campaigns across all company departments and deliver comprehensive employee training programs based on the identified workplace hazards to ensure that all employees have a strong understanding of risk management.

• Cover critical topics such as Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment, Electrical Safety, and Fire Safety• Deliver high-quality training sessions that align with industry standards and best practices in both English & Arabic Languages• Ensure contractors have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely and efficiently• Delivered more than 100 Training sessions addressing more than 2000 trainees

• Manage training logistics, evaluate training program effectiveness, design and order educational materials, and oversee social media platforms.
