As a Visualizer.Current job responsibilities:Analyze | Estimation | Prototypes | Video based learning | Game based learning | Software simulation | Internal marketing projects etc.- Analyze & Understand client inputs and estimate project (in hours), Working with Instructional Designers- Responsible for explaining project details to graphic team/developer and kickoff meeting with team.Designing/Developing E-Learning course prototypes using double diamond method (Discover Define Develop Deliver) through ittirative process.- Performing daily meetings with Instructional designer and assigning/explaining work to the graphic team.- Review developed courses to ensure quality of the final output is as per the clients’ requirements.- Responsible for creating sample course for showcase/company portfolio.- Creating GUI (Graphic User Interface) for eLearning courses, Website, Mobile Apps. Interaction, Scenario and Activity design for quiz (Game based Assessments). Design visual communication layouts using icons/images/graphics to create explainer and whiteboard animated videos. Design Banners for Blogs and website ads, Managing graphic team.- Graphical review of developed courses (as User point of view), Train new employees, Jump into the development and complete the work if needed (in short timeframe/deadlines/delayed projects), Daily project meeting with project coordinators, Handling and taking ownership of the projects execution, Upload client deliveries on LMS portal/FTP, Maintaining folder structure and files backup.
