1 Maintenance and updating the Detailed EPC Baseline Schedule.2 Analyses tender/contract requirements.3 Monitoring, tracking project progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and Dashboards.4 Update the progress measurement sheet (Engineering & Procurement logs).5 Provide recommendations when actual progress deviates from scheduled programmed in order to re-align to on time completion.6 Attending and scheduling meetings as required and communicate with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.7 Preparing claims and extension of time using various delay analysis techniques.8 Prepare “Subcontractors’ Schedules”.9 Prepare and maintain the wall charts/graphic displays with current schedule status.10 Monitoring Performance of subcontractors. 12 Preparing the monthly report.
