1985 -1990 : Worked as Assistant Manager Production in M/s Southern Yeasts Limited, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India. Build up skills in preparing brew sheet for the yeast batch production, clarification of Yeast, Molasses sterilization and separation for brewing feed, estimating the batch condition and taking corrective measure to control yeast growth & its quality control.1991- 2001: worked as Manager Q.C. in M/s Parle Exports Limited, Chittoor, Andhrapradesh, India manufacturer of fruit juice & concentrate packed in OTS Cans, effect of tin presence in fruit pulp and influence on color, Aseptic Bags and Asepton drums. Also produces maaza RTD in PET & Glass bottles for the export market. Developed skills on various(mango, guava, papaya & tomato etc.,) fruit ripening, pulping, double effect juice evaporation, aroma recovery, sterilization and filling and process controls. Conducted studies on fruit ripening effect from temperature and humidity, studies on various aseptic bag material suitability to various product profiles, studies conducted on different type lacquered cans and its shelf life product behaviour at different storage conditions and at different pH levels, asepton drum hot filling and its effect on fruit pulp quality during storage, filled aseptic bag storage effect on pulp quality at various storage conditions, agriculture field studies on various tomato hydrid variants and its quality suitability for tomato paste production, studied and improved process & increasing evaporation capacity, cut down down time, studied required process controls and the process condition for safe filling of Mango RTD in PET bottles, improved process condition to facilitate lipton iced tea filling in glass bottles, softened water treatment, DM water production and quality control etc.,2001-2022: worked as Head of Quality, R&D in M /S GULF UNION FOODS COMPANY one of the largest manufcurer of fruit juice based RTD filled in PET, GLASS,CARTON PACK and CANs. Supported management in the selection of suitable processing equipment, Developed and established processing conditions, validated process controls, established and implemented required GMPs, SSOPs, implemented PRPs and RPs for the processing for the batch preparation, Developed mixing instructions for various products, developed 120nos.NEW PRODUCT FORMULATIONS in various categories which were fruit /no fruit based, flvrd drinks, sparkling flvrd drinks, carbonated drinks, fruit chunks in fruit drinks, malt based non alcoholic drinks, NO ADDED SUGAR fruit juices, cost effective no added sugar drinks etc.,
