A personal E-commerce Operations & Process Consultant project in my spare time.- responsible for overseeing an e-commerce business’s logistics operations and manage, improve, and optimize different stages of the e-commerce supply chain. - finding ways to further optimize the supply chain, such as: * Managing and tracking inventory (inventory order allocation, avoid inventory shrinkage, invoicing) * FTE planning and rump up plannes * Manage fulfillment and consumables material * Warehouse management - Storage, picking, packing, shipping - Order fulfillment workflows * Warehouse management system (WMS) * Optimize operations for efficiency - KPI * Shipping options (lengthy shipping times, undesired carriers) * Security concerns * Customer service * Implementing end-to-end ecommerce solutions to ensure that all of these disciplines work together seamlessly for the ecommerce operations to function as desired. * Oversees a wide range of cross-functional operational processes and facilitates efficient collaboration between operations, marketing, finance teams, as well as third-party logistics partners and vendors.

• VAS WH established from two departments: Etching - laser engraving on Apple products and the newly implemented KTO (kitting to order) department, merging and packaging Apple watch and strap, according to the customer’s orders. • Responsible for production and lines implementation (gross production, engraving – 7 lines, kitting assembly – 4 lines), creation and monitoring production capacity plan and forecasts, crisis management in production, motivation and development of secondary management. Configuration system of action plans. Implementation and realization of shop floor system, lean production methods, planning transformation, organising the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress. People hiring and ramp up, applying critical thinking to drive continuous improvement and implementing LEAN methodologies for process optimization and cost reduction, briefing team leaders on a daily basis. • Direct leadership of 2 Team Leaders, 5 Shift Leaders, 2 Analytics and 200 Operators (Etching - 120 FTE, KTO – 80 FTE in three-shift operation). • Ensuring that operational metrics are managed to agreed SLAS (Ship clean, Bill clean, line capacity, quality levels, etc.) Product and process validation, DOE, OK2Ship plan, UAT, Quality checks (IQC, IPQC) UPH capability and process efficiency, cycle/tact timing. • Implementation of new laser vendor from Singapore. Daily reporting and communication with Apple. Operators training of the whole department, creation of working instructions and implementing new specifications. Continuous improvement, identify root causes of repeating issues and suggest, coordinate issue solution. Help & support other DC team member with transactional duties (complex analyses, reconciliation) and projects. Review the processes and drive improvements together with standardization and stabilization of new tasks. Provide trainings to analytics & new joiners. Proactively and timely answer queries from all partners, create Push and Pull Stock Transfer Orders, ensuring RMA to return damaged products for hubs, collection of damaged, dead on arrival (DOA) and return to vendor (RTV)•Facts & Figures: responsible/manage inventory of 4 storage WH areas (FG, KBB, KGB, ASIS), 10K of SKUs, WH capacity of 40.000 m2 with inventory counts the high standard of 99% accuracy.
